The eatery the couple is opening at Lansing Shuffle, Kin Thai, is an offshoot of their Grand Rapids restaurant, Rak Thai. The redeveloped food hall has an open feeling with high ceilings, lots of windows, and natural light and modern lighting. A bar at the rear of the food hall will open up to the addition, he said.
