From 3D BTS concert to Parasite: Enjoy free Korean entertainment at this new immersive exhibition in the UAE

The exhibition is organised by The Korea Creative Content (KOCCA) and the Korean Cultural Center (KCC) in the UAE. The exhibition also includes a VR screening of the iconic scenes from director Bong Joon-ho’s film Parasite. Similar VR exhibits will be displayed in the Korean Cultural Center in Yas Creative Hub, Abu Dhabi from November 20 to December 4. What to expect at the exhibitionThe BTS concert will be reproduced with three-sided LED screens, stereoscopic sound and lighting. Politics must not overshadow economics at G20 summit in Bali

Under the Indonesian presidency, several G20 ministerial meetings have failed to issue joint official statements. India will follow the Indonesian presidency in 2023, Brazil in 2024, and South Africa in 2025. The Bali Summit of G20 leaders may fail to produce a declaration, but the Indonesian presidency is the beginning of four years for the G20 to be led by the countries of the global South.

Abu Dhabi: In a Joint Declaration on Climate Action, the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of Korea affirmed that climate change is one of the most important challenges facing the world today, as a result of its negative repercussions on the economic, environmental, social and security aspects. This came during the state visit of Yoon Suk Yeol, President of the Republic of Korea, to the UAE. The Joint Declaration on Climate Action is as follows:"1. For effective climate action, the Leaders recognised the role of forests as a stabilising force for the climate as an effective carbon sink, enabler for the regulation of ecosystems, biodiversity protection and climate change nature-based solution. The two Leaders underscored that financial support is key to consolidating climate action globally.

Bali: Joe Biden and Xi Jinping concluded the first in-person meeting between the leaders of the US and China since the pandemic began after about three hours on Monday, with both calling for reduced tensions between the world’s largest economies. Xi on his part told Biden that China, US ‘share more, not less’ common interests, the Chinese foreign ministry said. Xi told the US president that the world is ‘big enough’ for US, China to both prosper. The Chinese leader also told Biden ‘Taiwan question’ is ‘first red line that must not be crossed’ in US-China relations.
